 How do you make authentic yet delicious Korean food at home? "LEE FA" is your answer. Founded by Ms. Kim, the daughter of the founder of Hong Kong’s first Korean restaurant, Lee Fa Yuen, Ms. Kim shares some of her mom’s most-lauded recipes for the first time, in a tasty series that is healthy, tasty and easy to make at home.
The LEE FA series ranges from Korean-style marinated meats to Korean teas, this growing series is prepared by Ms. Kim and her team of Korean chefs in Hong Kong, and is made with a lot of love, passion and experience, bringing authentic Korean food into your household.
Ms. Kim’s mother is the tour de force behind Hong Kong’s first Korean restaurant, Lee Fa Yuen, which introduced authentic Korean food to the city in 1965. Growing up seeing her mom grow her little business into a Hong Kong establishment, Ms. Kim returned to Hong Kong in 1975 to help her family.
With a wealth of experience and continuing her mother’s quest in bringing authentic Korean dishes to Hong Kong, Ms. Kim launched a number of casual dining and grab and go-style outposts. However as a working mom, like others, she often found it hard to prep and cook meals for her family while running a business. So to address this, in her latest project, she launches the LEE FA – a trusted brand with Korean food series, to make home cooking easier for all without compromising on quality and taste. Selected high quality food choices directly imported from Korea will be launched during 2020 under Ms. Kim’s exclusive series.
